"Loved this beautiful, unique bell that I ordered for a specific purpose. It arrived sooner than stated and was packed exceptionally well. Unfortunately, the box had been damaged by the postal service (it was obvious the box had been hit hard) and the bell was broken upon arrival. The Seller responded immediately and offered to replace, which is what I wanted. However, I needed it by a specific date and that was no longer doable. The Seller offered and gave me a prompt refund even though the damage was obviously not the Seller's fault. Clearly an upstanding Seller and I would definitely do business with them again."
